By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

AVSAR is a fashion and apparel brand operating in India.
These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our website.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product details, colors, and descriptions.
Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or the natural characteristics of the fabric.
Such minor variations, by themselves, shall not be considered product defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
AVSAR offers Prepaid and Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment options, where available at checkout.
Prepaid Orders: The full order amount must be paid online at the time of purchase.
Partial COD Orders: Customers must pay an advance of ₹499 online at checkout, with the remaining eligible order balance payable in cash or through the available payment method at the time of delivery.
Any applicable shipping charges or Partial COD charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
The ₹499 advance paid towards a Partial COD order is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery or fails to accept delivery after placing the order, subject to applicable law and any exception required by law.
The advance will be adjusted against the total order value and is not an additional charge for customers who successfully accept their order.
All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. AVSAR reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If AVSAR cancels an order, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and a complete delivery address.
By placing a Partial COD order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept the ₹499 advance payment requirement and the applicable non-refund conditions stated in these Terms.
Customers are requested to ensure their availability to receive the parcel at the provided address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within the timelines mentioned on the relevant product page or communicated by AVSAR.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other external factors.
AVSAR will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related issues. Delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.
Customers should provide accurate delivery details and cooperate with the courier partner to facilitate successful delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.
Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request and the conditions stated in the applicable policy and under applicable law.
Size-related issues and change-of-mind requests are subject to the eligibility conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, customers should contact AVSAR within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
Any refund for a prepaid or Partial COD order will be processed in accordance with the applicable policy and law.

7. Yellow Security Tag & Serial Number Policy

AVSAR products may carry a yellow security tag containing a unique serial number.
Where a product is required to be returned or exchanged, the security tag must remain intact, and its serial number must match our records.
If the tag is removed, damaged, tampered with, or mismatched, the return or exchange may be rejected where permitted by applicable law and the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
This requirement does not exclude any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Customized & Sale Products

Customized or made-to-order products may be excluded from return or exchange, subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
Products purchased during sales or promotions are subject to the return and exchange conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
These restrictions do not exclude remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise legally non-compliant products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of AVSAR or its respective rights holders.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or copying of website content is prohibited without prior permission, except as permitted by law.
