6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are applicable only for defective or incorrect products.
Size issues or change of mind are not eligible for refunds.

7. Yellow Tag & Serial Number Policy

All AVSAR products come with a yellow security tag containing a unique serial number.
For any return or refund:
- The yellow tag must be intact
- The serial number must match our records
If the tag is removed, damaged, or mismatched:
- The return will be rejected
- No refund or exchange will be provided

8. Customized & Sale Products

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Products purchased during sales or promotions are also non-refundable unless defective.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of AVSAR.
