Return & Exchange Policy

At AVSAR, every garment is created with a strong focus on craftsmanship, refined design, and thoughtful detailing. Our goal is simple — to bring premium Indian ethnic wear within reach while ensuring quality, comfort, and a smooth shopping experience.

As many of our pieces are made-to-order, each garment is prepared with care after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain our standards of quality while reducing unnecessary production and wastage.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Pieces

AVSAR products are made-to-order or specially prepared for you. Because of the nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or provide monetary refunds once an order has been delivered.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product details, size chart, measurements, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

However, we do offer a one-time size exchange on eligible products, subject to the terms mentioned below.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

After the applicable cancellation window, the order is considered confirmed and will be processed as per our made-to-order process.

Size Exchange Policy

One-Time Size Exchange

We offer one-time size exchange for eligible products.

An exchange request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The exchange is applicable only for a different size of the same product. We do not offer exchanges for a different product, design, or color.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must not have been washed, altered, ironed, or damaged.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The exchange must be for a different size of the same product.

  • Only one size exchange per order is permitted.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

What if my required size is unavailable?

If the requested exchange size is not currently available, we will make the required size especially for you.

The replacement size will be processed and delivered within 7–10 working days from confirmation of the exchange.

Please note that the 7–10 working day timeline applies to the replacement production period and may be followed by the applicable shipping time.

Sale & Special Products

Sale, discounted, customised, personalised, or specially altered products are not eligible for return or size exchange, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We take great care to ensure that every AVSAR garment meets our quality standards.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Different from the product you ordered

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Email us at info@avsarclothing.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs/videos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the case and, if the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing defect, transit damage, or incorrect product, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Please do not return the product before receiving instructions from our team.

Refunds

AVSAR does not provide monetary refunds for products that have been delivered, except where a refund is specifically approved by AVSAR in connection with a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise exceptional order issue.

Where applicable, the resolution may be provided through a replacement or another suitable solution at AVSAR's discretion.

Shipping & Exchange Charges

Any applicable shipping or exchange-related charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of initiating the exchange.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packed and returned in its original condition when an exchange is approved.

Fabric, Color & Product Variations

Our garments are crafted using carefully selected fabrics, embroidery, prints, and other traditional techniques.

Natural variations in color, weave, texture, embroidery, or finish may occur and are part of the inherent character of certain fabrics and handcrafted processes.

Slight differences between the product displayed on the website and the product received may also occur due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.

Such natural or minor variations will not be considered manufacturing defects.

Fabric & Care Disclaimer

Each garment should be cared for according to the care instructions provided with the product.

AVSAR cannot be held responsible for damage, color changes, shrinkage, bleeding, fabric deterioration, or other issues resulting from improper washing, ironing, dry-cleaning, storage, or general misuse after delivery.

We recommend following the care instructions provided for each garment.

Before placing your order, we recommend that you:

  • Carefully review the size chart and measurements.

  • Check the product description and fabric details.

  • Review the product images carefully.

  • Verify your shipping address and contact information.

  • Ensure that the selected size is correct before completing payment.

As our garments are made-to-order, choosing the correct size at the time of purchase helps us ensure a smoother experience.
